Infinix made the Smart 9 HD official back in November, and already released it in some markets a month later. Now the phone has finally been launched in India.
It will become available on February 4 at 12 noon local time. The recommended price is INR 6,699, but when you factor in bank offers you’ll actually be able to buy it for INR 6,199.
The handset has a 6.7-inch 720×1600 LCD screen with 90 Hz refresh rate and 500-nit peak brightness, the MediaTek Helio G50 SoC at the helm paired with 3GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 expandable storage, a 13 MP main camera, an 8 MP selfie snapper, and a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 10W wired charging.
The Smart 9 HD runs Android 14 Go Edition with XOS 14 on top. It has dual-SIM support, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button, a 3.5mm headphone jack, stereo speakers, and an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.
